Work Order and Field manager

Aidon One

Aidon One is an efficient SaaS solution optimised for the needs of energy distribution companies. Designed for mobile use, Aidon One is an ideal tool for field staff. Its modularity and interactive map interface bring together real-time fault analysis, customer data, and field work management. Visualising RF network and connectivity parameters enables faster troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Overview

Built around a powerful core and a range of optional modules, Aidon One allows tailoring the solution for utilities or other businesses which have a need for a seamless management of field work processes.

Features

Aidon One is built from modules which are designed for different type of tasks and purposes. These include work order management, power grid management, customer service, maintenance and AMI connectivity. Thanks to its modularity, the customer can choose and combine the modules for their need. When the needs change, the functionality of Aidon One can be easily upgraded.

Aidon One combines data from various systems in a single map-based view, enabling seamless workflows and information sharing between people, teams and systems. This makes the work of installers and maintenance crews much more efficient compared with using multiple separate systems in parallel.

Aidon One simplifies planning and monitoring field tasks. Creating, assigning, and prioritising work orders for metering, repairs, maintenance, and inspections is simple, and tasks appear on a map. Customised templates and workflows can be used to match operational needs.

The Grid Management module gives DSOs real-time visibility into the low-voltage network. An interactive map provides quick access to events and alarms from meters, the power grid, and transformer stations, enabling fast response and improved operational control across the grid.

With Aidon One, user organisations can send customer notifications and enable convenient online interaction. Customers are informed about planned installations or maintenance via SMS or email and can submit fault reports through website. Automatised notifications about power quality deviations, for example, keep customers informed in real time.

Aidon One supports both traditional file-based methods and modern GraphQL APIs, adapting to your system needs. It connects directly with Aidon’s reading systems and integrates with other vendors via standard interfaces. Key functions include ad hoc queries, remote switching, and map-based alarm visualization, ensuring interoperability and responsive control.
