Head End System
The core of the Suite that supports and also automates the most common AMI management processes with high level performance for meter reachability and measures collection.
The solution is designed to manage communication with devices connected to the low-voltage network for the remote acquisition of consumption data and events in real time, as well as the execution of remote management activities in a highly secure environment.
MDM System
The Meter Data Management System (MDMS) of Gridspertise is a reliable tool to manage the metered consumption data life cycle of millions of points on field. It offers a greater number of features from traditional utility use cases such as validation, estimation and editing (VEE) processes, to optional data model extensions covering additional functionalities such as Energy Balance Management, Fraud and Losses detection or Reconstruction and Refund processes, among others.
Other modules
AAA System
The module managing authentication, authorization and accounting of human operators accessing and interacting with the web interfaces of the Suite components. It enables role management and integration with various single sign-on (SSO) systems, guaranteeing the application and enforcement of the security policies of each user at a company level.
Ticket Management
This module is dedicated to the automatic identification, supervision and correction of anomalies found in the software and infrastructural components of the Suite. Customizable workflows allow to configure the automation of problem resolution, including prioritization algorithms and activating resolution actions by interacting with other components of the Suite.
Reporting Analytical
Dedicated modules for operational reports relating to the activities carried out by the Suite systems, status of the network and incidents, as well as the execution of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics processes based on historical data.
Multitenant Enabler
A web-based software component to facilitate the introduction of our HES in small DSOs not equipped with corporate systems such as Customer Management System, Billing System or Work Force Management System. This solution enables some of the most common functionalities as creation and management of requests for smart meter installation and removal, reprogramming, or providing technical and energy data.
