Silvia Latini has more than 10 years of experience in HR, mostly dedicated to manage people in international and complex contexts. She has developed her skills through various businesses in the Enel Group, such as Market, Generation and Grids units, covering different roles inside HR Department.
She spent 2 years in Chile as Head of PO for Enel Distribución Chile SA: the main challenges were the negotiation of the labor agreement with the local unions and launching and supporting, from an HR point of view, the biggest Digitalization project for the Chilean DSO.
In her current position, she is in charge of people planning, staffing and organizational development of the company, as well as people management and mobility.
Silvia holds a Master’s Degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Economic & Management with specialization in HR topics from the Università degli Studi Roma Tre.
