Claudio De Conto is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gridspertise. He previously served as CEO of Gnutti Carlo Industrial Group and Artsana Group. During more than two decades at Pirelli, he held senior international roles, including Group General Manager. His extensive industrial and governance experience includes chairing Prysmian Group and serving on the boards of RCS MediaGroup and Assicurazioni Generali.

Marco Zallocco is Chief Financial Officer at Gridspertise, where he leads financial activities, oversees industrial planning and manages, among others, investor relations, ESG and Internal IT. Since joining Enel Group in 2008, he has held leadership roles at corporate and international level in strategic planning, reporting, financial and investment control, and digital strategy. His experience spans M&A, corporate finance, process re-engineering and digital transformation. He graduated summa cum laude from Bocconi University.

Tommi Blomberg is Chief Strategy Officer at Gridspertise. His main responsibility areas include Strategic Management, Sales, Communications, Human Resources and Financing, together with overall responsibility for the operational and financial performance of Aidon. He joined Aidon as CFO in 2017. His international career includes finance and management roles at Black & Decker, Apple Operations Europe and Dinex Ecocat. He holds an MBS in International Business and ACMA and CGMA designations.

Silvia Latini is Chief Human Capital Officer at Gridspertise, bringing more than 15 years of international leadership experience in human resources across the energy and infrastructure industries. Throughout her career, she has led people strategy, organizational development, and industrial relations in complex, multicultural environments, supporting sustainable growth and business transformation.

Silvia Trinca is Chief Processes, Audit and Compliance Officer at Gridspertise. With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, she has held senior roles at E-distribuzione across customer care, commercial activities and distribution network tariffs, including relations with regulators. She also led an agile project to digitalize the network’s commercial activities.

Francesca Pizzarello is Chief of Legal, Corporate Affairs & Intellectual Property Rights function at Gridspertise. She joined the Enel Group in 2006 within the Legal function and has been involved in several of the Group’s most significant corporate transactions. Since the set-up of Gridspertise, she has led the function, contributing to the development of its governance framework and supporting its international growth.

Cristina Cremonesi is Chief Corporate Communications and Branding Officer at Gridspertise. Previously, she led Communications, ESG and Institutional Relations at NHOA, formerly ENGIE Eps, where she also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. She began her career in academia as a researcher and lecturer in political communication and holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Pavia.

Sergio Martín Guerrero is Chief Product Officer at Gridspertise. With over 20 years of experience in technology and digital transformation, he leads the development of digital and data-driven solutions for the energy transition. His career includes leadership roles at PwC Consulting, IBM, McKinsey and Minsait. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and teaches Strategy at IE Business School.

Gianni Ceneri is Chief Technology Officer and Head of New Product Development at Gridspertise. With over 21 years of international experience in the energy industry, he turns technology vision into scalable smart grid and smart metering solutions, from concept to industrial deployment. He actively contributes to leading industry associations and serves as Chairman of the Meters and More Association.

Maurizio Rossetto is Chief Operations Officer at Gridspertise. Throughout his career at Enel Group, he has held leadership roles in operations and maintenance, supply chain management, and health and safety. He has served in both renewable and thermal generation businesses in Italy and Slovakia and on boards in Italy, Romania and Slovakia. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Sara Bucciarelli is Chief Procurement Officer at Gridspertise. Since joining Enel in 2014, she has worked in Optical Fiber and Smart Meter Engineering, Human Resources and Procurement, holding leadership roles in People Development & Training and Energy Storage Procurement (EMEA & APAC). She holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in Celestial Mechanics, and a postgraduate degree in Space Science and Technology, both summa cum laude.

Vanessa Álvarez Castillo is Chief Commercial Officer at Gridspertise and a senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading transformation across complex and regulated industries. Most recently, she led a €1.9B global business at Prysmian Group across more than 50 countries. Her expertise spans turnarounds, cross-border strategy, governance and long-term value creation.

Gianpaolo is a C-level executive with over 25 years of experience leading global teams, strategic initiatives and high-growth businesses. He has held senior roles in energy management, renewables and battery storage at General Electric and Sunlight Storage Solutions, with full P&L responsibility. His expertise spans transformational growth, international operations and customer-centric leadership.

Coco brings over 20 years of experience in utility technology. As CEO of Landis+Gyr Netherlands, he supported one of Europe’s largest smart meter deployment programs. He later served as Managing Director of Osmose Europe and built the Energy business at Optics11. He will drive the global growth of Gridspertise’s Metering & Services business, helping utilities scale digital metering and create long-term value.
